- Bath Soak Directions: Pour 2 cups of the epsom salt bath soak into the bathtub under running water. Gently swirl with hands to help dissolve. For a sitz bath, dissolve ½ cup in 2–3 inches of warm water. In a sitz bath (sold separately), dissolve 1–2 tablespoons in 2–3 inches of warm water. Soak the perineal area for 15–20 minutes.
- Hair & Scalp Essential Oil Serum Directions: Section hair into 4 parts and apply oil to scalp. Massage with fingers and comb through to ends of hair. Leave in overnight or as desired. For use postpartum as hair begins to thin or shed.
